04/24/08  Assistant in Entomology

The University of Florida SWFREC, Immokalee, is seeking qualified applicants to assist its research and extension programs in citrus entomology. Duties would include setup and data collection in field and laboratory experiments, and plant and insect colony maintenance. Pesticide applicators license or ability to acquire one within 3 months of employment required. Prior training and experience in entomology or related field necessary. Salary commensurate with qualifications.
